Simple Stays NJ LLC assumes no responsibility and/or liability for any injury and/or accidents due to the use or misuse of any of our property.

If any of Simple Stays property is not returned, returned late, or returned damaged you understand and agree to pay the full replacement price; including ordering, delivery, and embroidery if applicable; you understand and agree the same credit card used for your original order will be charged for this amount.
